On the day
Tickets for afternoon performances go off sale at Norwich Theatre Royal at 6.00pm the day before. Tickets for evening performances go off sale at Norwich Theatre Royal at 3.00pm on the day of the performance. Any remaining tickets will be sold on the door, 30 minutes prior to each event. For events taking place at Theatre Royal Norwich only, tickets will be sold in advance until 8pm Monday to Saturday and 2 hours before the first performance on a Sunday.

Charges
No booking fees charged for any type of transaction.
A 75p charge for postage is made on tickets mailed
in advance.

Access statement
The Norfolk & Norwich Festival is a disabilityfriendly
organisation. While it is our policy to be
all-inclusive, some of our venues may not be fully
accessible. Please refer to our map and venue
listing information (also available online at
www.nnfestival.org.uk). If you require further
information or a more detailed description, please

Friends’ discounts
If you are a Friend of the festival, you are entitled
to a discount when booking tickets for a certain
number of different events in one transaction from
the Theatre Royal:
- Up to 2 tickets (4 for dual friends) for 3 or more
events, 5% discount
- Up to 2 tickets (4 for dual friends) for 5 or more
events, 10% discount
- Up to 2 tickets (4 for dual friends) for 8 or more
events, 15% discount
Benefactors’ discounts
If you are a Benefactor of the festival, you are
entitled to the following discounts:
- 10% discount on up to 4 tickets per event
(6 for dual Benefactors)
- 20% discount on up to 4 tickets per event (6 for
dual Benefactors) when purchasing tickets for
10 or more events in one transaction.
Under-26s £5 tickets
An allocation of at least 5% of tickets is available
for all performances, except children’s shows, Circo
de la Sombra and Teatro de los Sentidos. Under-26
tickets can only be booked in advance and proof of
age will be required. All ticket holders booked on
this discount must be under 26. This concession is
not available on the door of any event.
Go4Less
Norwich City Council Go4Less card holders receive
10% off all ticket prices for all events.
Refunds/exchanging tickets
If you cannot use tickets you have already paid
for, we can exchange them for another performance
(7 days’ notice required). Alternatively, tickets
can be offered for resale to personal callers
where similar tickets are otherwise unavailable.
To exchange or resell tickets, the originals must be
returned to the Box Office. Either service is subject
to a handling charge of £1.75 per ticket.
