Volunteering at the Norfolk & Norwich Festival
Want to be part of the biggest show in town?
Looking to improve your CV and gain some unique work experience?
Or do you simply want to contribute and give a little something back to the community you live in?
Volunteering at the Norfolk & Norwich Festival (NNF)
We are always looking for great volunteers to join our team, both during the run-up to and throughout the Festival (NNF10 runs from 7-22 May). We recruit volunteer Office Assistants and volunteer Event Assistants.
Whether you are young or old, there are many aspects of the Festival organisation that you can get involved in as an Office Assistant, including administrative support, publicity distribution and event production.
Event Assistants are recruited from late autumn to work during the Festival each year in May to support the delivery of our events. As an Event Assistant you can choose to work in a number of roles for as little or as much time as you are able to offer. Roles include: event stewarding, invigilating, crowd control, crew support, selling programme books, front of house support, assisting our Event Managers and much more…
To join the volunteer team for NNF10, we need everyone (that's new faces and people who've volunteered for us before) to fill in a volunteer application form (below). If you have any queries about this, please contact us at volunteer@nnfestival.org.uk.

During busy periods, an email is usually sent out to everyone on our volunteer database asking if anyone can help out with specific tasks. Roles include: administrative support, data entry, stuffing envelopes and assisting with mailings, print distribution and others...
