Norfolk & Norwich Festival is one of the flagship arts organisations for the East of England. We are one of the most significant arts festivals in the UK with a reputation for innovative and inspirational programming and commissioning. In February 2011, the Festival appointed William Galinsky as its new Artistic Director who has a bold vision for the organisation’s future.
Following a successful bid to the Arts Council England National Portfolio programme earlier this year, the Festival has also been selected to be one of the Arts Council’s 14 national ‘Bridge’ organisations from April 2012. In this additional role Norfolk & Norwich Festival will have responsibility for forging strategic relationships with stakeholders and partners across the East of England to deliver a strong artistic and cultural vision for children and young people and making connections with communities, families and schools.
Programme Manager (Bridge) Norfolk & Suffolk
£27,000 - £30,000
Norfolk & Norwich Festival is looking for a Bridge Programme Manager for the new Bridge team.
The succesful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the Norfolk & Norwich Festival Bridge programme and will play a key role in the strategic development of the regional programme, with specific responsibility for programme development and delivery in Norfolk & Suffolk.

Arts Award Arts Mark Manager
£27,000 - £30,000
Norfolk & Norwich Festival is looking to recruit an Artsmark & Arts Awards Manager to play a key role in the new Bridge team working with Arts Council England and Trinity College.
The succesful candidate will work to raise awareness of, increase take up and successful progression through the Artsmark and Arts Awards programmes across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
