Join our Cultural Education Challenge

Arts Council England wants all children and  young people to have the opportunity to experience and be inspired by high quality arts and culture through the Cultural Education Challenge. Festival Bridge wants to join forces with NPOs and other arts and cultural organisations across the region to ensure the aims of the Cultural Education Challenge are achieved through our Local Cultural Education Partnerships, Artsmark and Arts Award.

Support schools and other education settings to develop their arts and cultural offers through Artsmark

Festival Bridge can support you to develop your arts and cultural offer to schools and help you understand Artsmark. Artsmark enables arts and cultural organisations to strengthen their current links with schools and to develop new relationships with education settings.

Placing children and young people are at the heart of your setting with Arts Award

Festival Bridge can support you to deliver Arts Award as either an Arts Award Supporter or as an Arts Award Centre. Arts Award offers the chance for children and young people to develop their art form knowledge, communication, creativity and leadership skills enabling them to grow as artists and arts leaders. This in turn helps to develop future audiences and nurture young people to become creative professionals.

Your organisation can apply to become an Arts Award Supporter or an Arts Award Centre.

Join Cultural Education Partnerships

Festival Bridge can introduce you to local, regional and national cultural education partnerships, networks and forums where you can share knowledge, understanding and information with fellow creative professionals and form links with education settings to help develop their arts and cultural offers.
