The work of Music Education Hubs highlighted in Arts Council, England, film

 

The benefit and work of Music Education Hubs across the country has been highlighted in a new Arts Council England film

There are 123 Music Education Hubs across the country including those in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough which have been created by Arts Council, England, to work with schools and further education settings.

Carolyn Baxendale, head of Bolton Music Service and the GM Music Hub highlighted the importance of music in schools by saying; "Music unlocks creativity. It develops children's social skills and their self-confidence."
