Come South of the Border and channel the spirit of Carmen Miranda and Don Ameche in an afternoon of vintage Latin classics – Rumba, Mambo, Samba and more. Tropical headgear and twirling moustaches are not compulsory – but very welcome!

Fantastic participatory dance events featuring DJs for discerning dancers, vintage costumes, fabulous dance displays, Ragroof’s trademark Instant Dance Classes, and a chance to dress to impress.

Tea and cake will of course be served – but the bar will also be open for anyone who fancies a crafty tipple.

The Ragroof Players Tea Dances are fantastic two- to three-hour participatory events, featuring authentic vintage music from the 1920s to the 1950s and beyond, glamorous costumes, glorious dance displays, Ragroof’s unique instant dance classes in a number of popular dance rhythms, and a chance for everyone to trip the light fantastic.
